Volunteering at ILM Schools
We work closely with volunteers to develop their skills in a live school environment and to enrich our pupils’ experience. We welcome placement (college/university) and non-placement applicants for both Primary and High.
How to apply

Complete our Volunteer Registration Form.

If shortlisted, we’ll invite you to a short interview at school.
Checks and documents
For non-placement volunteers

Enhanced DBS (arranged by ILM Schools). You can only start once clearance is confirmed.

Bring two forms of ID and proof of address.

Provide two references (preferably a previous employer) from a professional email address.
For placement students

A letter from your educational institution confirming your course and placement requirement.

You may also need an Enhanced DBS if not already in place via your institution.
